Cherishing moments

aaroadventures

Aarohi is sitting on the terrace and enjoying the night sky. The moon is glowing bright and is scattering its beauty to the entire area. Rohan has just joined her after returning from office. The sound of crickets can be heard coming from the background. Rohan has rested his head on Aarohi's shoulders. It reminds Aarohi about their first trip. Aarohi starts speaking about it and both of them have vivid flashbacks, glimpses of the pleasant memories.

Shimla is often called 'heaven among the hills' as it is surrounded by several mountain ranges and a number of temples. Aarohi and Rohan reached Shimla in car driving for hours. It was raining heavily then. They travelled through a road which runs between a hill and the entire journey was so pleasant. Aarohi could not withdraw her eyes from the mesmerising scenario. Besides, the songs which Aarohi chose to play added more to the beauty.

After a few moments Aarohi realised that Rohan was holding her hands while he was driving the car. They both looked at each other and Aarohi felt that she was having a deja vu. Rohan stopped the car near a river. They both got out of the car and a nice low pitched romantic song was playing in the background. Rohan took Aarohi in his arms and they had a great time together. Nevertheless, Shimla has always been their favourite places to visit.

The moon turns dim now. Rohan has already slept in her lap by now. Perhaps visiting Shimla in his dreams right now!
